I tried a new to me method of dealing with butternut squash - I pressure cooked it whole for eight minutes and cooled it. The peel came off with a potato peeler and it was easy to cut up. Never again will I swear at one for being too hard to deal with.

That's a LOT of squash you've got there! I love that yarn color, Judy does great work.

Oh, the color of the squash! So rich and warm. I'm sure you've got something delicious up your sleeve. The sweater sounds like a lot more fun that the endless rows of a blanket. The babe will be so handsome!
