A brief report. Pictures. Some annotation.
1. Carole. Organizer. Tour group leader. Usual pose.
2. Josette. Enchanted Knoll Farm. Fiber artist extraordinare. No filter. Love her.
3. Judy of Ball and Skein. Wearing the must- have accessory (And So Are You). Sorry about the red-eye.
4. KellyR. Usual pose. I'm used to it by now.
5. Lynn and Josette. Lynn has just fallen hard for BFL roving. HARD. (What happens in Freeport doesn't always stay in Freeport.)
6. Signage on the door of the Ladies Washroom. We would all have laughed if Dave showed up there. The sign disappeared soon thereafter.
I have no good pictures of Kim. Eight skeins of Woolen Rabbit Opal WW MCS in colorway Pussywillow came home with me. I am trolling Rav for patterns. White Pine? Rene? Not yet sure.
Anything that starts with Ellen at PurlDiva in Brunswick, continues into lunch at Frontier Cafe, and ends with 48 hours of knitting, spinning, and friends can only be fantastic. It was.
Most excellent summation of our weekend. I love your description of moi.

I'm washed out after a few hours of spinning in company - do you need a training programme to build up to two days?

One thing is certain from your descriptions...everyone had a grand time!

I really, really wish we would get our ferry to Bar Harbor back. How simple a weekend in Freeport would be then! By all accounts it was a great time. Maybe next year. It's not like there are a lot of other events in February!

Hey, I didn't bring ALL the BFL home with me - just that colorway! Also, why does Josette look so normal while she's taking my money?

I LOVE that colorway of Kim's! You'll find just the right pattern for it, I'm sure.
