Oh my. What have you done?

Oh my. Oh, my my my. Stunning!

You must be thrilled!!

Oh my word.... is that going to be a spinning wheel?

I am having a mental AAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!

If I can't wait, I can only imagine how you feel!

W00t! It does indeed. I've been wondering what was up with that there thing. :D

You are going to torture us with the little bread crumbs you cast out. lol!

A sight to set spinners everywhere a tingle. I cannot spell the sound that came out of me on seeing that picture. Just know that it included amazement, delight, admiration, total pleasure, and a healthy dose of envy. You've earned that wheel!

I have to come over RIGHT this minute. Except, I'm at work. :-(

Very nice. Very, very nice. And welcome home.

Maybe Kath and I should play hooky and cut out of work to come over and play. Haha!

Is that what I think it is?!! Lucky Laurie! Happy V Day!

Holy cow!

you're getting a *splutter*, a *splutter*, oh my. lucky you!

It's beautiful! And I gather it's a wheel. But WHEN can we get the details?! Oh, I'm dying of suspense.

It is indeed beautiful in every way! ;-) Happy Valentine's Day my friend!

That is gorgeous. Now who's being coy? I too have this urge to flee work immediately. (Of course I have that most of the time.)

This must be a wheel in progress. Enjoy. Can't wait to see photos of the completed piece!

absotutely amazingly beautiful!

Am I to infer from the previous comments that the magnificent carving in this photo is a drive wheel??? And that this drive wheel will be eventually paired with a treadle and a flyer and come to live at your house? Can this really be? :-)

Beautiful and unique. And I'm sure it shall be treasured.

I'm going to gather that "C" is also for "Congrats!" as that, aside from my sharp intake of breath at the sight of that wheel, is only the tip of the iceberg - I am so very, very happy for you.

(and am suddenly feeling as though I need to visit you sooner rather than later!)

Whatever that thing is, I want it. :-)

Oooooohhhhhh........ There's just nothing else to say, but ooooooh!!

Wow. If that's going to be a Golding drop spindle, you're going to have to grow taller.
